What this shortcut does
YouTube seems has updated how it is blocking PIP when video is playing embedded in a web page. To make PIP still work, SWIPE UP TO SEE ALL RUNNING APPS, then select another app will make video playing in PIP.

01. Open in Shortcuts Library
Review the details and select Install.
02. Review in Apple Shortcuts
Check the actions and permissions, then add the shortcut.
