Who operates the service
Shortcuts Library is operated by Greenlogic Innovations Ltd. Use the support form on this website for privacy and support requests.
Data used by the app
The app stores favorites, recent activity, settings, saved workflows, install history, and related preferences on your device. When you enable iCloud sync, Apple stores supported app data in your private iCloud account under Apple's terms.
Catalog and account services
Supabase delivers catalog updates and stores supported service records. These records include anonymous device identifiers, notification settings, engagement events, ratings, support reports, and sync records needed for the features you choose.
Analytics and crash reports
Firebase Analytics and Crashlytics help measure feature use, diagnose failures, and improve stability when collection is enabled. Analytics events focus on product interaction. Crash reports include technical device and failure details.
Advertising
Free-plan screens use Google AdMob and configured mediation partners. Advertising providers process identifiers and device information to deliver, measure, limit, and protect ads. When personalized-ad consent is unavailable or declined, eligible requests use non-personalized or limited ads where supported. Consent choices do not promise ad availability.
Purchases
Apple processes App Store purchases. RevenueCat helps the app check subscription and entitlement status. Shortcuts Library does not receive your full payment-card details.
Notifications
OneSignal and Apple Push Notification service deliver enabled notifications. Delivery records and a device token or identifier support this function. You control notifications in the app and system settings.
Website data
The public catalog reads published Supabase content. The support form sends the details you enter, plus technical anti-abuse fields.
Retention and deletion
Content and operational logs stay only as long as needed for service, security, legal, and diagnostic purposes. Support records have their own retention status. You may request access or deletion through the support page. Some anonymous or aggregated records do not identify an individual.
Your choices
You control notification permission, analytics choices offered by the app, advertising consent, iCloud sync, and app deletion. System settings provide additional controls.
Children
The service is not directed to children under the minimum age required to consent to data processing in their region.
Changes
Material changes appear on this page with a new effective date.
