Put the URL for a shortcut in the notes of a reminder to launch the shortcut at a specified time

What this shortcut does
This shortcut is useless if you’re on iOS 13, as Apple removed the ability to preview the notes of a reminder! This shortcut turns the shortcut name into a callback URL. When the reminder notification arrives, just force/long press the notification and tap the URL to launch your shortcut. Examples of use: Launch a morning routine from the lock screen, Tell someone you’re on your way home, Get your smart home setting going when you leave work...whatever you want!
