Make a QR Code

Welcome to “Make a QR Code”! This shortcut can make QR codes for these things: Clipboard Text URL Photo File Contact Social Media Profile Calendar Event Location Song Music Video Podcast Book Movie App Shortcut Wireless Network It’s so simple! Just run it, and give needed information, and that’s it! You’ll see your very own QR code! It also works on the Share Sheet! While browsing your photos, just click “Share…”, then “Make a QR code”, and your very own QR code appears! If You want to make shortcuts that make QR codes, you can use action “Run [Make a QR code]”, and get a QR code in just one action! This shortcut has the most features that You’ll actually need. It doesn’t have features like: “Send SMS”. Where do You need a QR code that sends “Hello” to your friend? It’s maybe fun 2 days, and after that the feature is just useless! For scanning I recommend the built-in code scanner. You can add it to your Control Center in Settings or open it in Spotlight Search by searching “code scanner”. It’s easy to use and works very well! You can also scan codes on your screen by long pressing them. That works in Photos, iMessage, Safari and others! Please note that the Share Sheet feature may not work if your device’s language is not English. Also if You run it in the editor, the QR code will appear below. I highly recommend You to accept deleting files without confirmation in Settings. If You do that, You have to accept deleting only one time. The shortcut deletes files that it has made and doesn’t need them anymore.
