GPT-4-Turbo Chat

Run the shortcut, paste in your API key, and enjoy! An image can be uploaded along with the message by typing @image in your message. OpenAI does not give access to GPT-4 until you've bought at least 50¢ of prepaid credits. If you don't want to do this, you can use GPT-3.5-turbo by dragging it to the top of the model list. Issues: The API might time out before responding for very long responses, and there is no way to increase the timeout duration in shortcuts.
