Share a YouTube video and execute the shortcut via the share sheet. Enter the desired timestamp either in the format (hh:)mm:ss, or enter directly the number of seconds. The shortcut converts the format, and shares a link of the video, with the desired timestamp.
Works via the YouTube app and browser.
