## What this shortcut does

Welcome to Facebook Video Downloader!
**
As of 1.9, now requires a-Shell Mini for public video downloads within Facebook app
**
If a-Shell Mini gives an error about yt-dlp, you can try updating the module in a-Shell Mini by running this command:
pip install yt-dlp --upgrade
You may also need to try running:
python3 -m pip install -U --pre "yt-dlp[default]"
Instructions
Instructions are simple:
Share your desired Facebook video
Select More Options
Select Facebook Video Downloader
The video is saved to the photos app and also loaded into your notification
Note
: if you are having issues downloading the shortcut, usually it will work from Safari. To do this, copy the link from the Facebook app, paste it into Safari, then hit the Safari share button to share it to Facebook Video Downloader.
Make sure to use the Safari share button when doing this, else it will still fail
